I have bought Orion sofa cum bed in Sep last week, received the product a week back. After the fitting was done we observed, scratches, polish gone, alignment of storage box etc not in place. After complaint a technician came and assured us for returning the item, it is lying packed.
There is no response back from the service team on return post inspection of the damaged product by your technician. Product ID_[Protected]. Pl route this to the concerned team for refund. None of the executive getting connected. Call me on [Protected].
