I had booked air tickets through Paytm dated: 02-Mar-20. These Air India flights from Vadodara to Gaya (05-Apr-20) and Gaya to Vadodara (15-Apr-20) we’re cancelled due to nation wide lockdown.
The complete refund of the same was initiated by the airline and given to Paytm. It has been 2 years but I’ve still not received my complete refund. Every time I contact their customer centre, I get empty reassurances.
The timelines keep shifting and the customer is harassed repeatedly. Request your support for a swift closure. [Protected], this is my complaint number registered with Paytm.
