Booked a flight from Delhi to Durgapur in SpiceJet(SG 508) for 9th Aug 2021 via Paytm and paid 15,251. The flight got cancelled & paytm is not giving full refund amount and there customer care representatives are talking rubbish whenever calling them for the issue. The amount Paytm refunded is 12,007 and they have deducted Cancellation Protect of 1,407 & Convenience Fee of 837.
Have written mail to them raised queries in their portal multiple times, but they are closing the tickets by just mentioning it will not be refunded.
They have mentioned in their terms & conditions as well that "If the flight gets cancelled by the operator prior to 24 hours to departure time, then Cancellation Protect premium will be refunded."
I am expecting refund of the entire amount as flight is been cancelled by airlines and this is something I am not responsible for.
