Had placed an order of clothes from the company named the colour crush on Instagram in the month of June 2021 selected a bunch of clothes and made a payment, after doing upi payment of rupees 2580 only the retailer ensured i will get the parcel with few days of placing the order.
Since then I have been waiting for my package. There is no response for them. Fake profile on Instagram the name was later changed to Ethenzia the page is still operating under a new name.
WhatsApp number was given to which there was no response. When asked for refund there was no response either. The persons name was vrinda Khanna the number given was [Protected].
