One of my relatives got sarees online from Ahemaabad,Gujarat they got what they have ordered afterthat they given one more offer from them saying that 2sarees for 1600/-so I have ordered 2sarees on 7th January 2021online and paid 1600rupees COD which are in offer and quality of sarees are described as Soft silk sarees and they have shared the information in wats up and said due to more number of customers they are not accepting calls only through messages they are accepting orders so i have ordered and paid money after receiving order,i have received my order on11thJanuary 2021 after opening the pack we are in shock by seeing the sarees....... received very lowquality sarees,i thought mistakenly i have received it and informed them regarding this and asked for replacement but there is no reply from them, i have sent wats up messages and also tried calling so many times but they are not at all giving reply even for single message, i havecalled that courierboy also he is also not responding ...iam attaching received sarees and ordered sarees, i am also attaching watsup conversation ......i request you to enquire about this issue and resolvethis as soon as possible so that that fraud company will not cheat others.....ihope after reading this others will be more alert while go for online order.
