Defective Phone Given To Customer; OnePlus.com

I have purchased One plus 9R on 31/10/2021, and paid a total amount of 41000 including Bajaj finance penalty for registration on one plus 9R model. It seems that the product is defective and that it is not functioning properly.
The specific problem with the product is display flickering, Blank Display,phone hanging/lagging issue software issue i have been visited more then 5time and met technical person kishan & manager Anirud had discussed about this issue many times.
Sent email to management but non is replying to my email trying to reach management still no reply kindly help and do the needful.
