I have registered a repair service on Oneplus43Y1 Tv not powering issue at August 26th 2021 and the technician came and motherboard was the problem so he ordered a motherboard and it came within 20 days.
And it came with a problem in it so again the technician sent that motherboard back to the company and ordered once again and after that still the date i didn't receive any updates regarding that.
And if i escalates the complaint they are telling me to wait for 2-3 days... like that it went for 2 months And one of the customer executive (tanmay patil) had told me that the product was already reached the service center and from the service center they will contact you and will visit you for the repair the told.
But it was a wrong information they gave to me simply to close the chat. Still nothing happens and no update on that. Even the customer care don't know about the update.
Even today i tried to chat with them and they are not forwarding the complaint to the concern team they are asking me to wait 3-5 more days. Almost 2 months i am waiting for the tv to get repaired and no proper answer or responses from the customer care.
