I purchased one plus z earbud on Feb 2021. It was working fine for few months and i face issue like low volume and I can barely hear audio. Looked online and found that the model had issue and tried some trouble shooting steps now and then.
On Feb 2022, the volume suddenly went off and nothing worked. I can again barely hear any noise and tried contacting customer care none helped. Then tried for checking replacement option but it showed me a new option as repair.
I registered request for repair and they took my device through courier. After 4 days they have closed the request stating that they can't repair the product as it is out of warranty (more than 10 days from the warranty date).
If don't have option to repair the product where it has exceeded the warranty date 1) Why did the app had repair option? 2) If they don't provide repair option for more than a year.
Why didn't they have a warning that repair cannot be performed after warranty 3) I don't want replacement, I just want them to repair and return my product. Spending hard earned money of 5000 Rs.
And the device haven't even lasted for a year, that really hurts. I just want my device to be repaired.! Worst experience from One Plus!!!!
