0n 03/11/21 ordered one plus u1s 50 TV through one plus app. Received product on 08/11/21. We cannot use the product at least one hour. On 10/11/21at 7pm the installation was completed.
Afterwards we turn ON TV @10pm. Up-to 10:30pm wonderful. Suddenly the display OFF. Audio only running. Within 30min we get the display problem
We raised the request. Reference no:[Protected]. [Protected]on 11/11/2021. Still we didn't get any mail/call from us.
