I purchased a Bluetooth earphone from One plus namely One plus bullet wireless z bass edition, and after some days of usages i started getting distortion sounds whenever i make call using it, i filed a complaint in their official apps with service id : 0C5RULCPQTMR , and then they pick up the same as on December 17th 2021 , and then took almost 2 months to replace it with a new one , i got it as on 1 st February.
After waiting for such a long period,i do get a new earphone as a replacement but to my utter dismay , the same thing happened with this set too. I tried surveying on my own and i come to know that this base edition does have support issues going on with lots of phones, there are lots of complaint against the product, but they kept on asking the consumer to send it to their service centre again and again and once the warranty period is over they are out of any obligation.
So when i twitted them about the issue and raised this issue, they first ask me to DM them and when i talk to them in inbox , they are again asking me to resend my earphone to their service centre. I tried reasoning them that they had already spent 2 months of my warranty period and sending it again will lead to expiration of warranty, so if they somehow agree to extend the warranty for the period it was in transit or in possession with them due to their manufacturing fault.
They declined and ask me to send it again and again to their service centre. I am not the only victim here, the Amazon platform have got the top comments about the issues with more than 1700 up votes on it , there are lots of complaint regarding the same in their one plus forum too.
So after trying everything from my end, i have written you this. They had already cheated a lot of customer by claiming that there earphones is compatible with every phones whereas that's not the case here. They had some limitations in their products and they should have mentioned it. So it's my humble request for you to kindly look into the issue and stop this unethical business practices this so called big organization are doing by selling out their uncompatible product.
It will be an example for them.
