One Plus: Phone Damaged By Service Center

I had given my phone to the service center for repairing on 22nd December 2021. Keeping with them for a month they haven't even made the phone in fact they damaged the body and now they are saying go to other service center for repairing.

The phone is in warranty and the value is 25k I need a replacement.
