We have purchased one plus y series tv and with in a span of 50 days, panel got issue with picture clarity and we have raised a complaint to customer care for repair / part replacement.
There is no response from them to resolve my case, it's been 3 months passed and issue has not been solved yet. I have been calling them every week for the part status and they keep telling us the same like part is still in pending state.
We do not have any other communication media to reach out to the company senior team. I request you to help me in resolving my case.
