I purchased OnePlus phone from Reliance Retail Store on this Diwali i.e. 04/11/2021. With in 24 hours time i started facing battery drain issue. I took it to Reliance store but they said u have to connect with One Plus Service Center.
After being at One Plus center 2-3 times in a day. They updated software and problem got bigger started seeing heating issue from the phone. Later they said we 'll keep your phone in observation, but we'll not replace instantly.
Which made me annoyed. I paid 30,000 /- rupees and this kind of response i am getting. Even the problem happened in 24 hour duration. I am loosing money and my time traveling in between One Plus and Reliance Retail Store.
For example if i would have purchased phone from Online Application such as Amazon and Flipkart they could have replaced me with 7 days without any second question.
Unfortunately One plus is just trying to eat time so that they don't have replace phone and I have to bear all problems. I gave them all proofs and screenshots for phone problem. But they were keep saying.
We will not replace phone until we resolve and correct and give u the same phone.
