On 14th January 2022 I received courier from delhivery courier their parcel AWB 22497q0[Protected]order no [Protected]. Invoice no CD6206AC00013032 on which was written sold by Trendnetic creations.The courier was not ready to take it back as I could make out it was not my order.
Delhivery courier told me to take up the matter with AEPL who is merchant for this order. I am not able to get AEPL email nor telephone no as I got only sms of AEPL their name is Accord Electropower Pvt ltd.
I followed it up with Delhivery courier I had no other option with me after paying 999 for the 6 saree covers. I have already conveyed to you 3 times of this story which I faced. You want narration of 300 words.
After writing so much my words are only 133. I am not the only one with this if you see Facebook I saw so many with different names and so many people are fooled by their orders which is something different what they receive and no way to contact the website the email of which is also of no use.
I hope at least now you will attend to my complaint and solve my problem. I want that they take return of saree covers and give me refund back. Or give me delivery of storage boxes immediately.
Why do they advertise and give wrong products? Also please check the other websites and stop all this nonsense things they advertise on Facebook. Get hold upon who is AEPL which was never in the website also Trendnetic creations who sold me polka saree 6 saree covers.

I have waited patiently since 14th January but no sign of any progress of my complaint. Recently I got one more site Kartdealz.in with the same telephone no as exo deals.Kindly visit the page of kartdealz.in Facebook you will find this number 0[Protected]. So this website exo deals now is kartdealz.in and email is [PROTECTED]@kart-dealz.in. Please do the necessary query urgently many are cheated with this site also on face book.

In my earlier updated complaint I would like to mention that email of Kartdealz is [PROTECTED]@kartdealz.in. Telephone no is 0[Protected]which is same as in exo deals.

AEPL Online shopping is fraud. I also received a package of 3 bras through Delhivery and they were not for human beings but dolls. I have received a fraudulent item a second time through a Delhivery courier. The product is from MAA Durga textiles as written on the invoice.
