Sold Car On Wrong Information

I purchased a car from Ola pre owned cars and they mentioned that particular car as 1st owner in Ola app. Based on that i proceeded for purchase of the same. While receiving RC book it's mentioned me as 3rd owner.
Now i am not getting any proper response from Ola on this. It's been 1 month.
