This is about continuous harassment from Ola Cabs and now some collection agency for an already paid fare ride. I had made the fare payment by cash but Ola Cab is harassing me saying I used Ola Money.
I never use Ola Money as my preferred mode of payment but the Ola App has Ola Money selected by default which I never set as my default payment. I have always paid by GPay or Cash.
As a customer, since I pay by cash or GPay, I don't focus on what mode on payment is selected by default. I book a cab and after ride I pay by GPay or Cash. If Ola App is defaulting the payment mode as Ola Money without my knowledge.
And is paying for the ride through Ola Money as credit to me by itself, is it my fault and repay the credit of Ola Money, even though I have made payment by Cash or GPay.
These people have assigned collection agents now calling me. I wrote email to them too that they can verify from the driver that I have made the fare payment by Cash. Why should I suffer for anything that Ola assumes on customers behalf, defaults it and then harasses customers for extra money collection.
Isn't this illegal?. Please help me how can I file a law suit against them for all the mental harassment they causing to me.
