I received a call from somebody, telling me that they were from Nykaa and wanted to provide me with exciting offers. At first I didn't trust them, but they knew my address, my username on Nykaa and even all of my order history.

Recently, I shifted my house and they even knew the new address. I instantly believed them because of the fact that all of my previous orders were known by them and was cheated out of Rs. 5040.90.

I have been contacting Nykaa customer care for answers but they don't have any and always tell me to wait another 24 hours for a call from their senior executives and still nobody calls.

I have called them from three continuous days but there are no answers or any other calls they say that I will get. I have been calling them regularly and they are oy spinning circles. Each time I ask them how was my personal information leaked, they say that they didn't do it.

Except that, they don't exactly give me any sort of answers. Despite telling me everyday that their senior executive will give me a call, I haven't received any calls from them. They are liable for my loss because my order history and my address was leaked from their side.
