I have taken the refundable Seller plan (for 90 days) with approximately ₹ 20000/- to sell my flat. After the payment, the Nobrokers allotted a representative. And she was unable to arrange not even a single buyer visit to the property in 45 days with the estimated price 30.50lakhs.
As I am loosing my time and money, I have reduced price to 28.50. then also she didn't not get any buyer. Then I have chosen to sell my property through my own known channel and sold it with 28.25 lakhs (the estimated price was 28.50). They are denying to refund the money because of sold price was lesser than the estimated price.
The estimated price was informed well in advance to Nobrokers team before selling through my own channel. I requested them to refund partial amount by sharing the sale agreement.
But they are cheating customers by showing their own selling policies. The policy ( they will refund only in the event the seller should sell the property equal to estimated price or more than that) is really not a practical when negotiation is always a practice when the buyer try to buy and it looks illegal.
Please look into it and do the needful.
