Respected sir,
They have Instagram page with name of Jumbo mobiles & they have posted fake videos, photos & screenshot of satisfaction of customer to win the trust of people.
So i want to buy second hand iphone 13 pro after watching that photos & videos of satisfied customer with price of 39500/- they told me to pay full payment after payment done no one responding from there side.
They told me that delivery will be done in 3 days now its been 5 day no dispatch details they have given or no parcel received yet & they are also not responding.
I am trying to contact them but no one responding.
I have their bank details, contact details, payment screenshot which i have transfer to them. I don't want to happen such type of fraud with any one again so i am registering this complain.
Please help me to recover amount. They are marketing there fake products on Instagram on daily basis. I will provide all evidence on which the can trace.
