I order a kurta set from a brand called NIRBANI, at June 8, Tuesday, I made an online payment of 2749 Rs, and it’s 4th September there is no reply or anything from them, I also made a several efforts reaching out to them by WhatsApp and Emailed them every now and then but there was no reply.
I also requested them to repay me my amount but they refused and told they will dispatch in 42-72 hours and then after they stopped replying.
I therefore request you to take some action and please help me get my money back. I am attaching their WEBSITE : www.nirbani.com.
