I had placed an order at NIRBANI on the 17th of September 2021, Order no 50885 and paid using the online portal Paytm via CC avenue gateway an amount of Rs. 2199 for a kurta.
I have repeatedly called them and emailed them but there is no response. I finally messaged them on Instagram to which they've replied they will send it. Finally after waiting for over 6 weeks I requested them to cancel my order after which they stopped replying to me.
They refuse to answer, WhatsApp, calls, emails or Instagram DMs and have not delivered my order. They refuse to cancel and refund my money as well. I would like my order cancelled and the money refunded.
