I have placed an pre paid order on 5th july 2021. The company has not updated the status for delivery or any update. They have now stopped responding on whatsapp and Instagram as well. They have been continuously trying to avoid the status update Are rude when asked to revert.

They taken the money and troubling the customer Its been 2 month since the order has been placed and there is not revert what so ever. All communication medium they either don't revert or prolong the revert saying its under process I have been harassed and spoke rudely by their team Completely unethical and bad behavior by the company.
