Rajsamand: When a wall built next to the temple was destroyed by the local government in Rajsamand, Rajasthan, the situation became tense. Reports indicate that hundreds of members of Hindu organizations gathered there till late one o’clock in the night.

Incident took place near SK Mines

The top police officers had to send out more officers to the area due to the growing crowd. Actually, the entire incident took place near SK Mines, which is next to a temple and near the Dariba of Railmagra police station.

Giving information to the media, a local claimed that when there was a demonstration against the tearing down of a wall next to a temple, the police held the protester; however, when there was a backlash, it was released. When information was sought from Nathdwara Deputy Chhagan Purohit, he disclosed that some individuals had moved the boundary wall, which the local government had then destroyed using a JCB.

Additional Police Force has been Deployed

According to Nathdwara Deputy Chhagan Purohit, no one was detained. At present, the atmosphere is completely calm, yet from the point of view of security, an additional police force has been deployed on the spot.
