Myshopify.com: Unable To Receive The Order

I have ordered two kurti set from myshopify.com. but payment will be deducted but I have not received any emails or message. I can not get any confirmation message or any type of call.

There is no way to track my order. But my money which is 356/- rs. is deducted. Please resolve my problem. Please confirm my order otherwise returned my amount.
