I have bought a show piece from tejdecore.myshopify.com through Instagram. Since there was no COD option available, I had to get the payment done. I even received a confirmation email.

But 2-3 days later when I got back to track the order, it states "This store is unavailable". This is really pathetic. I was eagerly waiting for my order as I had to gift it to someone special. Let me know if this issue could be resolved.
