NO ORDER RECIVED/ORDER PENDING/PAYMENT DONE

I ordered a men's jacket from myshopify.com on 19th of December, through instagram as it was a very nice collection of winter clothes in a very reasonable price. I paid 199 for placing the order.
And till now there's no status of my order and neither it has been delivered yet. I got a so called confirmation from mail by katariyajaydipkumar. Clearly it seems that they are some fraudsters.
And when looked into, there were many people who had more or less the complaint regarding this website. They have been making a fool out of people and they take money from them without any assurance.
The same happened with me, they made me pay 199 for my order, and never delivered it.

I am also very disappointed with the social sites who advertises cheap and fraudsters in their social platform. I saw the advertisement of myshopify on instagram, and thought of it as a good and honest website. But it eventually turn out to be this. If possible try to get my order or refund my order charges. Kindly do something about it. There is the only 1 hope of my frustation is out of my mind. Please register my complaint in your complaint room & get resolution.
