I had paid Rs. 558.82 for purchase of 10Kgs of Alphonso Mangoes, on 08.05.22, online on Madhavcreationn.myshoppify.com. However after receipt of money, the agency have neither issued any invoice till date, not has delivered the material.

It appears to be a totally fraud site. I have seen that on this compliant link, there are 135 complaints similar to mine of various advertisers on Myshopify online platform, who have taken money but never supplied the material.

However not even one issue has been resolved. Thus it is certain that Myshopify is either hand in gloves with these fraudsters or is itself a fraud platform, advertising various goods by various fake merchandisers and flinching the money of honest customers.

I have tried to contact MyShopify as well as the Madhav Creations, but I don't see any contact or helpline numbers displayed anywhere. Please acknowledge this complaint and suggest resolution by way of refund of my money.

In any case, I plan to report the matter to Cyber fraud cell of Economic Offense wing of Government of India and request all other persons duped by this site to do this same so that penal actions are taken by the law enforcement agency.
