I tried to order a product in mynthra , I was told I would be given waiver if I order the product above certain amount, my product value was 420+delivery charge (99)= 519 and I ordered products worth 2497 so that I got prescribed product at 378 but all products expect this product got delivered.I informed them one product is missing they told me they will looking into it and in midnight I got the message that rs 378 is refunded into my account and for the same product I should again spend 519 rs.

Even the expected delivery date was around April 29 . Neither did they gave the option of ordering the new product at rs 378 nor tried to reach the product before expected time.Also when I try to discuss the problem with costumer care they just hang up only mentioning some predefined policies which are no way related to issue they have been taking monopoly decisions and are answering things like robots or bots.

If an agreement is made there should be a genuinity in it.Here there are luring people into buying more products under the disguise of discount and waivers in delivery charge and the same time not taking into account of the mistakes that took in their part,also if I want to order a new product I have to either increase my cart value for the discounted amount or should go with a higher price. These Fraudulents should be strictly punished.
