I ordered a bluetooth earbud on myntra and they sent me a defective and used item and when i claimed for replacement they said they will inquiry about this and they told me they will clear the claim in 48 hours
But they never responded i called them everyday for 7 days and every call took about 30 minutes and they were just saying that we will clear it in 24 hrs after 24 hrs there was no response i called again and again
But same thing happened for about 7 days and now after 10 days they called me and are saying me that they have a quality check has been done and the claim will not be settled, i asked them for proof if there has been a quality check but they refused by saying that we cannot share and dropped the call and closed the ticket.
I want to register a complaint against them as they just not only sent me a defective item but harassed me a lot also wasted a lot of my precious time.
