I ordered ‘Rubans Jewellery Set’ on 25 Dec 2021 and received wrong product (earrings). I placed the return request on the same day I received my order i.e. 29 Dec and on 30 Dec I received a ‘out for pickup’ message from EKart
But no one came or contacted me for the pickup and I got a message of ‘return pickup failed’. I again placed return request the same day and on 31 Dec it was pickup by Ekart and I after that I received the ‘pick completed’ message
But the status on myntra didn’t change and I didn’t receive my refund. I contacted the customer care but they said that they’ve done their investigation and the product has not been picked up.
