I ordered Vaseline body lotion, wild stone perfume and lavie hand bag from MyntraFab.in by order number [Protected]. I paid a sum of Rs 951.3 by Paytm on date 20/12/2021.
But I am unable to receive the items and I lodge complaint with them twice and they are saying our delivery partner has delivered the same and we make investigation in this regard that they had delivered and close the complaint without informing us.
But when I call them and asked him to tell me the security code which is to be given at the time of delivery and person's name who receive the items he was unable to respond and I record the conversation in my cell.
He is saying again and again that we make investigation and we are sorry we are helpless as investigation is over. So you are requested do the needful at your end. Hope to get favorable consideration from your kind and sympathetic hands.
