Order Not Delivered But Are Telling It Is Delivered

This order is not being delivered and they are not responding neither any help from last 10-15 days. Atleast they should tell who was the delivery boy and how they have delivered neither they have sent otp nor any sign.
How can they confirm that they have delivered the order when ever i am calling the customer care they put my call on hold and say that they need 24-48 hours but i am not getting any help from last 10-15 days.
And i have made payment through my paytm account to myntra atleast they should arrange a conference call with the delivery boy but they are not confirming anything neither giving any type of support.
I received a call from myntra by [Protected]they talked to put my call on hold and after 28 minutes they cut the call i am totally helpless do not know what to do they have harassed me a lot.
Myntra is neither giving the products neither refunding my money the order was placed from my wife’s phone and payment done through my phone. I request to please arrange a conference call from myntra to me to solve this issue. As i am helpless.
