I am writing to you to raise an issue about missing smartwatch. The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered 3 products, 1 smart watch and 2 hoodies. Out of which only the 2 hoodies were delivered and the smartwatch wasn't delivered.
Tried contacting myntra spoke to their senior level executives but the problem wasn't resolved. The only thing they had to say was sorry but they cannot help it.
It occurred on: 11/05/2022.
I filed issue about this on the same day I received the delivery. But they got away saying that i do not have any proof about the incident about the product not being delivered.
According to myntra i should have made a video at the time of opening the package. (*As if i knew something was missing!*). This is totally unacceptable for a company like myntra to be so irresponsible towards customer service.
Saying sorry doesn't solve anything. Myntra will have to return my money and apologize for this kind of service. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
