Item Not Delivered But The Status Is Delivered

I had bought Roadster co-ord set from Myntra. The status is showing delivered the parcel on 27th Dec. 2021 but i haven't received anything till now (Jan. 6, 2022). When i raised complaint they said that mam we cant do anything since 5 days have passed after the date of delivery.
I was not in the country when they delivered the parcel. After coming back i checked with everyone in the society but no one has received my parcel. Such a pathetic service by Myntra.
How am I supposed to raise a complaint when I am not in the country? Myntra, can't you find out the delivery agent who marked it delivered after non delivery? If you will not take any action against such agents they will keep doing such things.
Customers are suffering because of such people.
