Grabbing Of Money Deposited In Myntra Credit; Myntra.com

I am an old Custmer of Myntra. Suddenly I saw my account is stuck and informed Myntra customer care at least 20 time they said they will solve the problem in 24 hours but no result.
My money Rs.4600/- is lying in Myntra account and are not allowing to withdraw . It’s not good. Without giving any reason they have withheld my money. I am a senior citizen aged 66 years and they have no right to withheld my money.
I hope you understand my problem and it will be solved by you by talking the matter with Myntra.
