I ordered a watch from myntra and when i got the parcel the parcel were not sealed and the watch was not similar to what i ordered and also i have a video of that when the delivery guy comes to my house and handover the parcel to me at that time the parcel were not sealed and opened i pay 8522 rupees and now the parcel is not with me i placed a return request and they picked up my order but their status show’s me that return request was canceled by myntra now the parcel was not with me and i wanT my refund and they denied to this so i want justice.
