I had placed an order for magre pink satin dress on Myntra and wrong product of skirt was delivered to me and now they are claiming that they have sent right product and not picking up product and initiating refund my money is stuck on this site my order was prepaid via online mode.

I have contacted customer care service several times but they never respond me positively or help me out and now I'm unable to even contact customer care service.
