Respected Sir/madam,
I wanted to draw your attention to my complaint against Myntra online shopping company. I returned a product to myntra and while returning I filled my bank account details and even after providing my account details they have credited the amount in their myntra credit.
I called so many times to customer care but they are not responding well and now they are not even picking my calls. According to them there is no solution. I don’t understand why they call their services as customer care as they don’t even listen.
They claim that I chose option to credit in their myntra credit which I didn’t. I asked them to show me proof where I asked them to refund in myntra credit but they don’t have any.
This is total fraud as they credited my money to their app credit by their own wish so that I will purchase from their app next time too which obviously I don’t want. Kindly please look into the matter and do the needful.
