After Product Return Picked Up By Man. Myntra Declined Return, No Refund

On April 30 i ordered kotty jeans. I received different design and large size product on 4 May, 2022. Same day i filed return. On 5 May i get message order out for pickup today. Order was picked up on 5 May.
On 14 May i noticed, order status on Myntra site is still out for pickup. I contacted Help support on chat and robot call. Customer care said problem will be resolved by 24 May.
On 16 May i get message your pickup is cancelled and order status changed to Delivered! Although pickup man had picked the jeans. I between Myntra customer care also not responding, on repeated complaints no real customer support called me.
Even my help support is also disabled chat or call option. I want justice and refund. Myntra pickup partner is fraud thief. I returned the jeans. But myntra refused it got back jeans.

I returned the wrong oversized kotty jeans but myntra sote did not changed order stus to order returned. Very poor customer support of Myntra. Only robotic calls of least use in typical case. Repeated complaints but Myntra didn't bother to call... To resolve the issue. Instead they very smartly changed the status of my order to delivered instead of returned!!! I have sms proof that pickup boy ready to pick on 5 may. I will think 100 times before shopping or recommending Myntra to anyone

Im facing the similar issue, the return pick guy has updated that return has failed though he has picked up the products. Ive raised complaint with Myntra but of no ise. Have you managed to solve this issue?
