I have ordered a product from MyGlamm on 8 Dec'21. I did payment at the time of order. At the time of ordered delivery date was shown as 14 Dec'21. I was waiting for delivery date.

But didn't receive on the mentioned date. So, on the very next day i.e., 15 Dec I tracked my order but it was already shown delivered on 9 Dec which I have not received till date. I didn't receive even a delivery message on my mobile.

I raised query through their website they asked me to complaint on their email [PROTECTED] I raised complaint there and mention my issue but they are stick with their fake delivery update.

I also asked to provide delivery partner contact detail and the time of delivery but they are denying and didn't even reply my mail. Even after sending several mails they don't reply. They are practicing fraud delivery to prepaid customers.

Therefore, I request you to kindly resolve my issue at the quickest way.

Whoa yeah they're doing this with customer who choose prepaid option. Same hapoened with me. I didn't get my money back neither was my parcel delivered. I waited so long and then i wmated to cancel my order so they said i will have to cancel it via delivery team. How can cancel via them when they didn't even contact me for delivery I'd have gotten my parcel that way. Their delivery system is worse.
