Purchased online classes from MEPL CLASSES. CMA FINAL CLASSES ALL PAPERS EXCEPT CFR for 180days validity after installation. Installation we have to do within 15 days but i had asked in email that currently my Intermediate exams are not over so its in July 21 after that will do install it then the classes replied yes it's possible.

So i purchased. But the intermediate exams due to covid 19 got postponement took place in Dec. 21 so from January i was unable to install classes. February results announced i cleared inter.

Again i go to website was unable so mailed them got reply that my classes expired so only way is to extend it by paying 13730. I had already paid 33287 as fees and also said earlier after my exams will do install so why shall i pay extension fees moreover exams got delayed was not my fault.

But classes team is saying i said month July so 180 days over from there so there's no point I'm wrong. I specified the name of month July because at that time my exams were on that month but meaning was after giving my inter exams.

They are not listening to me and this lead to waste my 3 months so i want refund of fees and compensate of 13730. Thanks
