Worst Pickup & Refund Services

Meesho picked up services are worst, I have ordered 2 black colour lahenga's & both I applied for refund.
1st order- [Protected], Rs. - 1617/-, Picked up date- 18/01/2023
2nd order- [Protected], Rs. 675/-, Picked up Date- 19/01/2023
Meesho has given their pickup services to 2 companies - Xpressbees & Ecomxpress
I got called to 1st pickup & it's has done successfully Next day I got call for pickup so I gave 2nd lahenga but courier boy didn't given pickup confirmation to me he said he will give it in evening than he applied for pickup for the 1st order that means my 1st order has been picked up twice by courier boy picked my 2nd order as well.
After that I asked for courier boy to give my product return than he told I already sent that product to courier company you need to raise a complaint in meesho after that I did multiple complaint but I didn't get any resolution on it.
Meesho is asking to take pickup slip from courier boy & Pickup boy asking to raise complaint it on meesho. Can anybody give proper resolution on that. I didn't get my refund of Rs. 675/- yet.

Order ID [Protected]yea oder 15 december ko kiya tha , delivery mila 27 december ko ow v complain kar k bad delivery mila , wrong product , juta book kiya tha mobile cover veja supplier ne , bar bar complain kiya non qc ka ,fir v picup boy ko hamesha qc required hi arahahe, customer care wale bolrahahe .k qc hattaya gaya hai , aj 6 february hai aj bolrahahe . sorry picup nehi hoga , kiu ki supplier se sahi vaja tha , ab bolo ap log yea company khulle me ake shina ttok k fraud karega bolrahahe , fir customer ka kiya hoga , sab ka paisha leke chala jayega yea fraud company , please is company ko boycott karo sav desh basio
