They are exchanged the RTO products through delivery partners and earning money from seller and buyer as well. How can a RTO product can be misplaced but in meesho everything is possible.
They don’t have any customer care contact no working unprofessionally. As I dispatch a genuine order but in return I got a fake product. When I raised issue without any check point they denied for this.
I want to appeal from concern don't loose the trust of people otherwise will loose everything.
