Meesho: Refund And Rude To Customer

I received a product which is not order by me to my address on cash on delivery which I paid ₹ 230 because the name in the delivery address is same as my sister who also always purchase online so thinking that is hers i received the product after paying the amount of ₹230.

After 1week something i called the number in the delivery box which is meesho customer service. I filed a complaint regards the product delivery in wrong address and fellow the steps which the are in the send mail and receive ₹1 for account update confirmation.

After 2 months something later when arranged pickup for the product after continues call from my side with and receive a same reply as everyone for the time from the complaint till pickup.

And received a mail regarding refund within 3-4 working days. Even after 1month something i till now don't receive any confirmation on refund are any new information about refund.

Even when I am calling them for refund and then also received a reply as same as the first time conversation with the customer service. After 2 months something of complaining they told me this is not their department for this case we will forward to the respective departments after 2months long conversation.

In between the conversation like 4 time the executive cut the call while i am in the middle of explaining and asking for a solution which happened today also. From Feb to May till now i don't receive any correct information from meesho are any solution to complaint only receiving a automatic email from meesho other then that i don't get anything.

And whenever during the time everyone person told me that your bank details is not updated but in reality i have updated it on the first day of complaint and received ₹1 for account update confirmation.

Their customer service has the wrong and rude with the customer and today to during the call the other person cut my call in the middle. Evey time i call them to ask about my status of my case they will always say within 48hours or 72 hours your problem will be solved but in real its been more then 3months actually.
