I have ordered 2 products I haven't got my product and status is showing as delivered...from 10 days I'm speaking with meesho customer care executive every time they are saying complaint has been taken. Whenever I say I want to speak with senior person team leader they are not even ready to give them call...same answer I'm getting again n again Ur call is been transferred and they are keeping on hold for more than 15.20 mint's and at last disconnecting the call...I have also asked for grievance mail id they are saying they don't have such mail id.

I have done prepaid order and the order is not delivered but in the meesho app it’s mentioned as it is delivered. I tried calling to help centre but no use . Simply playing my time and checking my patience it’s been one month still I have not received any update worst service meesho is having. I will suggest everyone to with meesho prepaid orders.

Even I have raised the complains but no use and help centre’s English is worst they don’t have proper communication skills also. By that only we can see how cheap meesho is. Like how they sell with cheap thoughts even their service is also cheap like them. Ssly I will never trust meesho once again and I will let all my frnds and family not to use meesho anymore . Fooling customers.
