Meesho scammed me. It is an unethical company with its weird policies. I had ordered for 4 sets of cushion cover 20 pieces in total each set costing 406, for a total of 1624 on the 18/04/22 with order Id [Protected]_1.
I got a call for delivery on the 25/04/22 by the courier service ecom express. Since it was a cod payment I Paid 1624 but only received 5pieces instead of 20 pieces. I then called the Meesho customer service on 26/04/22 but the unprofessional attitude of the customer care executive, he failed to register the complaint.
But he assured me that I would receive my order. During our telephonic communication he said he had registered a complaint and then u would receive the product with 5working days.
As a lay man I waited for the product to be delivered but I still didn’t receive anything. But even after waiting for 5days Tried calling Meesho customer service again but no reply.
After many failed attempts, Finally on the 3/05/22 I called but the customer care executive said my complaint wasn’t registered and that person who spoke to me was just faking to lodge a complaint and he had done nothing.
The customer care executive then told me that the 5 days policy was over and they couldn’t do anything. I would neither get my order not the refund of the missing article. I lost 1218, paid the amount but I dint receive my product.
Meesho is a fraudulent company where they don’t care about their customers. They scammed me as the customer care executive did not register a complaint but he said he did.
Meesho is a company who lure people with their cheap prices but scam you with their un ethical techniques.
