Not refunding my money

I ordered a total of 4 dresses from meesho app on 1st September worth 1510 and it was paid online.
On 4th September i received.
On 5th i returned two dresses one was styele dress and one was tiger dress because of size issue. Both were of the same price that is 312each.
On 5th i received the amount 312 of one dress.
The money of other dress is not given to me .
Today it's been more than 10 days.
I will wait till next week or I will go to consumer court about this .
And meesho will face a legal action.
The amount 312 must be shown twice in my bank statement but meesho is not helping me out.
