Meesho: No Claims/Compensation For Wrong Products Return

I’m a supplier and sell on MEESHO, I have been selling from January 2022. As I regularly received orders and dispatched the products properly. Since day 1 on this Platform MEESHO.

My first ordered was shown delivered on March and then returned and then again cancelled returned,At last they updated as LOST and refunded my amount. This was just an example of my first sell.

Later I almost got around 50 orders and 95% of these were returned and cancelled. I claimed for the wrong products and also few Damaged products. I raised several Tickets and I got the claims on those.

Now they started saying that due to their internal policies I have met the Claims ratio and rejected my claim of ₹ 4600/-. There seller support team is lack in communication and knowledge.

They just speak the same statement again and again and finally I have to fed up and cancel there call as they can’t understand a simple question of me, I asked not to provide any claims.

I just need my original product in return and investigate with the Courier partner, This issue is only with the SHADOW FAX and they are the frauds and thieves of the products of the seller.

I need have lodged a complaint against this platform and have stop selling on this useless worthless platform. It’s better to sell Offline and there is no risk of these kind of fraudulent activities.
