Meesho: FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES FOR MONEY

I have been a genuine supplier since 1984. I have been working wholeheartedly to raise my family, I am a wholesale tea merchant registered at Punjab. My products are beloved in the offline as well as online market like amazon , flipkart etc. In 2022, I wished to join the meeshosupplier family but it was unknown to me that I would have to face so much mental stress here.

Issue:
I received an order on the meesho portal (Order Number [Protected]_1) on 10th December 2022. With great happiness I accepted the order and packed it and the product was collected by me from ecom partner on 11 DEC 2022 The product weighs around 5.5 Kg when dispatched. The video has been shared below depicting the product dispatched by me in the original as shown in the inventory.

My product got delivered successfully on 14 DEC 2022. On 15 DEC 2022, the customer marked the product as return saying it to be "wrong product". The product was returned back to me on 20th DEC 2022 by ecom partner but the weight of the product was just 250 grams. I refused to accept the return but my ecom partner told me that the customer has cheated you and you should raise a complaint to meesho. On the same day i.2 20th December 2022.

I raised a ticket for wrong return but meesho declined the ticket saying it to be higher claim ratio. When I made a video of unpacking I found that the returned product was a 250 grams salt packet. The customer has been cheating with me and meesho too seems to be taking the side of the customer. My product was worth around Rs. 1500 but the product returned to me worth Rs. 5.

This is my first return ever received on meesho and my first claim that I raised as per my account history. Meesho staff is unable to explain to me the reason for the high claim ratio and they are just trying to ignore the complaint and just closing it for no reason.
