I have received my order paid in cash but messo told order is returned to seller. I told them to take to delivery agent and enquiry but seems 2days no reply and they have not taken the product nor given refund of 1183 rupees.

Have mailed them and spoke to executive all call recording have available. But they didn't take any steps further.
